Robinhood Mobile Auto

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the provision of mobile automotive services by Robinhood Mobile Auto ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") to the customer ("Client" or "you"). By scheduling or receiving service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered

Robinhood Mobile Auto provides diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services for most vehicle makes and models at a location specified by the customer, within our service area. Services are subject to availability and technician discretion.

2. Service Area

We operate in Forsyth, Dawson, Cherokee, and surrounding counties. A service call fee may apply depending on distance or job complexity.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Labor Rate: $100 per hour

• Minimum Service Call Fee: $50 (non-refundable)

• Parts and Materials: Billed separately. Markup may apply.

• Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include: Credit card, Cash, Cash app, Venmo, or other pre-approved digital payments. Returned payments may result in additional fees.

4. Estimates

Estimates are based on the information provided and initial inspection. Final cost may vary depending on actual diagnosis, required parts, or extended labor time. We will notify you before performing additional work outside the original estimate.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide a safe, legal, and accessible location for the work to be performed.

• Ensure the vehicle is available at the agreed time and location.

• Disclose any relevant information about the vehicle's history or condition.

6. Limited Warranty

We offer a 1 year 12,000 mile limited labor warranty on workmanship. Parts warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s policy. The warranty is void if the vehicle is tampered with, repaired by another party, or misused after service.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Robinhood Mobile Auto is not liable for:

• Pre-existing conditions or damage.

• Issues resulting from parts supplied by the client.

• Loss of use, loss of income, or incidental damages.
  All work is performed at the client’s own risk unless gross negligence is proven.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future service.

9. Photos & Social Media

With your consent, we may take photos or videos of the repair for educational or promotional purposes. No identifying customer details will be shown without explicit permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Forsyth County, GA.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available upon request or on our website.
